REFUND & RETURN POLICY

This policy is in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  1. General
  • All products are shipped free of charge across Israel.
  • Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided conditions are met.
  1. Return Conditions
  • The product must be in original packaging/box, unused, and undamaged.
  • Items returned without their original packaging or showing signs of damage will not be accepted.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
  1. Defective or Incorrect Items
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is defective or incorrect.
  • In such cases, Horse Center Ltd will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
  1. Warranty
  • All Pro Classic products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  1. Procedure
  • Customers must contact our support team before sending back any item. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  1. Abuse of Policy
  • Repeated or fraudulent claims may result in refusal of service.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
  1. Final Authority
    The decision of Horse Center Ltd (סוס סנטר בע”מ) regarding refunds and returns is final and binding.
