  1. Introduction
    Welcome to shop.proclassicltd.com, the official e-commerce platform of Pro Classic Ltd, a brand of Horse Center Ltd (סוס סנטר בע”מ), a registered Israeli company. By using this website or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
  2. Scope of Application
    These Terms apply to all purchases made through shop.proclassicltd.com. They are legally binding between you, the customer, and Horse Center Ltd (brand: Pro Classic Ltd).
  3. Products
  • All Pro Classic products are designed and manufactured under strict quality control.
  • Natural leather variations in color or texture are not considered defects.
  • Each product is sold with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, provided proper usage and care instructions are followed.
  1. Orders and Acceptance
  • An order is considered final only once full payment has been successfully processed.
  • Horse Center Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or force majeure.
  • Once confirmed, an order constitutes a binding contract between the customer and Horse Center Ltd.
  1. Prices and Payment
  • All prices are in New Israeli Shekel (₪) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods accepted include Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Bit or other secure options displayed at checkout.
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • All deliveries are free of charge within Israel.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delays caused by third parties (couriers, strikes, customs) are beyond our responsibility and do not grant the right to cancel or claim compensation.
  1. Warranty
  • All products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Products must be returned in the original box, unused, and undamaged.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, unless the item was defective or supplied in error.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Horse Center Ltd shall not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Any compensation, if applicable, shall never exceed the original purchase value of the product.
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction for any dispute will be exclusively with the courts of Tel Aviv.
